Office 

Collaboration is central to our success. The majority of colleagues are based in the office, with some flexibility for roles that benefit from remote working. Our office-based culture promotes knowledge sharing, creativity, and teamwork, with occasional on-site visits to customers or prospects. 

Project Manager Role 

The Project Manager will be office-based at Letchworth HQ, with travel to customer sites when required. They will typically manage 10–20 concurrent projects at varying stages. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage projects from sales handover through to go-live and support transition. 
  • Create, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, and RAID logs, engaging with customers and internal teams. 
  • Record and monitor project effort (internal and external) and flag when additional days/hours need to be purchased. 
  • Manage change controls (CCNs) and ensure commercials accurately reflect project work. 
  • Chair and progress multi-disciplinary teams when resolving critical issues. 
  • Produce required reports: monthly WIP (1st of each month), customer project reviews, and regular updates to the Customer Services Director. 
  • Identify and escalate risks, opportunities, or commercial issues to account managers and the CSD. 
  • Promote value-add opportunities (training, modules, services, devices) while ensuring fairness and transparency in commercial discussions. 
  • Build knowledge of the HFX product suite to better understand solutions and support successful delivery. 
  • Advocate for product improvements that simplify implementation. 

Skills & Attributes 

  •  Essential 5 Years experience in a customer facing PM role. 

  • Essential A Project Management qualification, such as Prince 2, PMP, AgilePM etc. 

  • Strong communicator, able to adapt style across phone, Teams, email, and in-person. 

  • Capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and explaining PM processes to non-specialists. 

  • Calm, prepared, and solutions-focused in customer interactions. 

  • Self-starter with the initiative to navigate internally and obtain required support.
