HFX is a leading UK SME providing Cloud Workforce Management Solutions to over 400 customers nationwide. With around 35 staff, many based at our Letchworth HQ, our success is built on a collaborative, flexible, and driven team that delivers, implements, and supports the most advanced workforce management product on the market.

Office

Project Manager Role
The Project Manager will be office-based at Letchworth HQ, with travel to customer sites when required. They will typically manage 10–20 concurrent projects at varying stages.
Key Responsibilities
Skills & Attributes
Essential 5 Years experience in a customer facing PM role.
Essential A Project Management qualification, such as Prince 2, PMP, AgilePM etc.
Strong communicator, able to adapt style across phone, Teams, email, and in-person.
Capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and explaining PM processes to non-specialists.
Calm, prepared, and solutions-focused in customer interactions.
Self-starter with the initiative to navigate internally and obtain required support.
